  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. 

2. Shipping Options: 

  • We offer several shipping options to accommodate your needs. 
  • Standard shipping is available for a flat fee, while expedited shipping options are also available for an additional cost. 

3. Shipping Times:

  • Estimated delivery times may vary based on your location and the selected shipping method. 
  • Please refer to the estimated delivery times provided during checkout.

4. International Shipping:

  • We currently offer shipping within the United States. For international shipping inquiries, please contact our customer support. 

RETURNS and EXCHANGES:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Sicilian Rose products. If, for any reason, you are not, we offer a straightforward returns and exchange process. 

1. Eligibility:

  • You may return or exchange unused and undamaged items within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Products must be in their original packaging.

2. Initiating a Return or Exchange:

  • Contact our customer support team at hello@sicilianrose.com to initiate the process. 
  • Please provide your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.

3. Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part. 
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely. 

4. Refunds and Exchanges:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned items.
  • Exchanges will be processed promptly upon approval of your request.

5. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, and there will be no return shipping costs for these cases. 

6. Returns Address:

Please note that custom or personalized orders cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective. Sicilian Rose reserves the right to assess each return or exchange on a case-by-case basis.
